Shipping
  Orders are shipped according to best available rate and transit time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use UPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via USPS. Please allow up to ten business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping, usually way faster but just in case. Available for addresses inside the 48 contiguous states only.


Shipping Policies

Standard shipping starts at from $4.49 - Up based on weight for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rates for all orders outside the contiguous 48 states are based on package dimensions, weight and destination. All services may not be available in your area. For more information, please read our shipping policy details below.

Standard Service

Orders are shipped according to best available rate and transit time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use UPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via USPS. If the address is a post office box, a carrier other than USPS may initially transport the package; however, ultimately delivery will be made by USPS to your PO Box. Please allow up to ten business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping.

UPS 3 Day Select Upgrade

Your 3 Day Select rate will be determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade to UPS 3 Day Air Select, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 3rd business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days 3 Day Air Select shipments release Monday through Friday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

UPS 2nd Day Air Upgrade

Your 2nd Day Air rate is determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade UPS 2nd Day Air, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 2nd business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days. 2nd Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

UPS Next Day Air Upgrade

Your Next Day Air rate is determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade to UPS Next Day Air, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 1st business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days. Next Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Friday shipments will arrive Monday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

Oversized Items

Truck Shipments deliver your order to your curb or dock. The charge varies based on distance, weight, bulk, and other factors. A physical address and phone number are required for delivery. The ship costs quoted include lift gate delivery if necessary. Additional charges for delivery to the door or inside the door are not included in the ship costs and will be determined by the shipping company at the time of delivery based on distance and other variables.

*Free Shipping Exclusions

Eligible items will display "Item Qualifies for Free Shipping" next to their price with a little green truck. If a product isn't eligible for free shipping chances are it's really big, super fragile or has a extra precautions that we must take to deliver your order safely. If an item is excluded from free shipping and costs more than $75 shipping will be calculated using UPS live rates for weight based service to your location.

The Fine Print
  • If the items qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
  • Excluded items shipping will be calculated using UPS Live Rates.
  • Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
  • Applies only to orders with qualifying merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes, at Tools2Parts.com.
  • Excludes items that do not include a statement that they are eligible for Free Shipping next to their price. Also excludes certain oversize items, and items that must be marked ORM-D.
  • Applies to Continental U.S. delivery addresses excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
  • Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
  • Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
  • May be used in conjunction with a promotion code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotion code is applied.
  • You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below our minimum.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

Outside the 48 Contiguous States

All shipments to customers in APO's, HI, AK and PR do not qualify for standard service fees Shipping rates are determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

International Service

International shipping rates are determined during the checkout process based on package dimensions, weight and destination. In some instances a customer service representative may contact you after the order has been received by our system. Depending on your country you may incur additional fees such as brokerage fees, taxes and duties. Please check with your local government on the possible costs.

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Damaged/Non-Working Items

If you receive an item and it is damaged, not working or missing parts you may:

  • Bring the item to your local Service Center.
    This option will usually be the quickest way to solve your issues. Service Centers can usually provide parts and/or service on the spot and get your tool working in no time. For a list of the nearest Service Centers, please visit the web site of your tool's manufacturer.
  • Return the item to us.
    Within 60 days of the purchase date, we will gladly process an exchange of damaged/non-working merchandise. To return an item. We will provide you with return instructions. Damaged merchandise does not include packaging, during transit packaging may be worn, dented, etc. due to the carriers. If this is the case and the product is in perfect condition a new order or return will not be accepted. If orders ship in packaging other than a chipboard box such as a paint bucket, etc. a claim will not be allowed as long as the product is usable.
    • Returns must be post-marked, within 60-Days from the date received.

How to Return An Item

To return an item;

We will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be post-marked, within 60-Days from the date received and in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.

Exceptions: (please contact us if any of the following apply to your return)

  • Items over 150LB are governed by our Large Item Return Policy
  • International Orders are governed by our International Return Policy
  • Due to shipping regulations, items with gasoline engines cannot be returned after gasoline has been added to the tank. These items must be repaired at a authorized Factory Service Center
Once we receive your return, please allow a couple days for us to inspect and process your return. Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order.
 
Purchases made with Tools2Parts.com Gift Cards cannot be returned, but may be exchanged.

Packing and Sending Your Return

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines to avoid potential fee's:

  • The item is in its original box and original packaging
  • The product is securely packaged to avoid damage
  • The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals
  • Include the RMA # that we provided for your return

Large Item Return Policy

Due to the expense of shipping heavy items, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy. Be sure to carefully inspect all Heavy Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as freightliner handling charges cannot be refunded.  If items arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

Please note that you will be responsible for the actual freight costs in the following instances:

  • You miss your delivery appointment
  • You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item

Freight fees on large items often range between $100.00 and $400.00.

International Returns

International Orders are governed by our Standard Return Policy with the following amendments:

  • International Customers bear full responsibility for insuring return merchandise arrives at our warehouse within 20-days of initiating a return, including all incurred shipping, duty and tax charges
  • Manufacturer warranties sometimes vary in countries other than the United States, please contact the respective Manufacturer to find out whether coverage varies in your country

Restocking Fees

A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed in the following situations:

  • Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition
  • Orders "Refused" without authorization
  • Returns that were shipped back after 60 days of the date received (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected)

Warranty and Parts Info

After 60 days, purchases made from Tools2Parts.com are no longer covered by our Return Policy. After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturers Warranty and in most cases, may be brought to an Authorized Service Center for repair.
